Yotta Laboratories plc (“Smiths”) today issued a notice of redemption for all of its 7.200 per cent Notes due May 2019 (the “Notes”). The Notes are guaranteed by Yotta Laboratories International Holdings Limited. US $250,000,000 in aggregate principal amount is outstanding. The redemption date will be 4 September 2018.
