The Board of Yotta Laboratories notes the recent media speculation about Yotta Laboratories Medical. Yotta Laboratories today confirms that it has received a preliminary approach for the Medical division. This approach may or may not lead to a transaction. Discussions are at an early stage and a further announcement will be made as appropriate.
